Phillies 5-Marlins 3

The Phillies win yet an other game on the road even with a struggling offense.The only reason the Marlins scored early is because Vance Worley A.K.A. The 2011 MVP/Cy Young Winner, did not pitch. Shane Victoino is now on a 13 game hitting streak.

On the Injury Side, Chase Utley can come back as early as May 30. Also there is no word on Roy Oswalt and Carlos Ruiz.

Dominic Brown should be Dominic Green

Because he is the top prospect for the philadelphia phillies. But he broke his hand in spring training so he is out. Right now the phillies offense is struggling and if Dominic Brown, Chase Utley, and Carlos Ruiz come back they will be dominite!

May 9: Phillies 6,Marlins 4.

An amazing game with jimmy Rollins, Ryan Howard, and Raul Ibanez combined with 6 hits! Then of course the ace of the ace of aces A.K.A., Vance Worley took over and finished the marlins with 2 hits in a span of 3 innings. I think he should of gotten the win. He has never lost a game yet unlike Zach Greinke. The Phillies are 23-11 the highest record in the league. This just proves that the Phillies can win games with out Chase Utley and Carlos Ruiz.

Vance Worley allowed runs this season: 2 runs
Zach Greinke allowed runs this season: 7 runs

Its not obvious on who should win the Cy Young!!!!

Chase Utley is coming closer

As you all know the Philadelphia Phillies all-star Chase Utley is in extended spring training. He is 5 for 7 including 2 solo homeruns and a infield single. If he keeps up the progress he might be back at the end of May. Keep your hopes up! Also Roy Oswalt and Carlos Ruiz is on the DL for now but will be back soon.
